The ‘App’ aligns with Informa Healthcare’s current content delivery strategy providing access to high-value content anytime, anywhere on informahealthcare.com.
Using Literatum for Mobile™ from Atypon™, a leading provider of software to the publishing and media industry, Informa Healthcare now provides a mobile solution for delivering the full text of professional and scholarly content to customers—even if the reader is roaming outside of their institutional network. All usage is included in the customer’s COUNTER reports.
“We’ve seen a rapid growth of traffic to our site from mobile devices despite not being rendered for optimal viewing,” said Phil Garner, Divisional Managing Director. “Customers are changing how they access content and we want to deliver the content they need in the format they need it.”
Users will be able to access content using iPhone, iPad and Android devices. End users ‘on the go’ can quickly view subscribed content by pairing their device with their institutional subscription from any of these devices.
