Swets United States Customer and Publisher Service has expanded, hiring a large team of additional representatives to promote growth by significantly strengthening service in terms of initiative support, reach and execution.
A new training position has also been created to ensure all staff is prepared with an in-depth knowledge of services and technical functionalities. This will foster support for customer and publisher needs with proactive account management and recommendations to improve the overall Swets experience. Ongoing training and evaluation will further support the provision of the high quality service customers and publishers demand.

Leah was appointed Executive Director of the Charleston Conference in 2017, and has served in various roles with the Charleston Information Group, LLC, since 2004. Prior to working for the conference, she was Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions for the College of Charleston for four years. She lives in a small town near Columbia, SC, with her husband and two kids where they raise a menagerie of farm animals.
